| Teaching and Research Interests: | My teaching and research interests encompass a diverse range of topics that explore both historical and folkloric dimensions. I am particularly interested in the social, political, and cultural impacts of World War I and World War II, as well as the Holocaust, examining their profound effects on 20th-century history and memory. Additionally, I explore folklore and mythic creatures, including vampires, witches, and werewolves, to understand their origins, symbolism, and cultural significance across different societies. My work seeks to analyze how these elements of folklore and history intersect, influence popular culture, and reflect deeper societal fears and beliefs. |
