| Biography: | I am an aviation professional with more than 30 years of experience in the industry, bringing a broad and practical perspective shaped by work across multiple sectors of aviation. I am an ATP-rated pilot with type ratings in three different jet aircraft and have flown a wide range of both single- and multi-engine airplanes, including seaplanes. My aviation career began on the ground in line service at a fixed-base operator (FBO), where I developed an early appreciation for teamwork, safety, and operational discipline. I later progressed into multiple roles within Part 91 and Part 135 corporate flight departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of corporate aviation operations from both an operational and organizational perspective. In addition to my flying experience, I have had the opportunity to hire, train, and mentor many aviators transitioning into jet operations. Working with pilots at this critical stage of their careers has reinforced my belief in the importance of mentorship and professional development. Supporting aspiring and up-and-coming aviators as they build skills, confidence, and judgment is something I value deeply and consider an essential part of sustaining a strong and safe aviation community. Throughout my career, I have emphasized professionalism, adaptability, and continuous learning. My long-standing involvement in corporate aviation reflects a commitment to operational excellence, a strong safety culture, and the responsibility to share experience and knowledge with the next generation of aviation professionals. |
